Estimation of energy efficiency potential of electric drive pumping units in steady operating modes

According to the results of studies steady operation modes electric pumping units Ukrainian oil stations, have been identified main reasons efficiency decrease their performance during operation. It is determined that normative documents regulating efficient pipelines Ukraine need be improved. The assessment energy potential unit on example pump НМ-3600-230 with synchronous drive СТД-2500-2 carried out and ways increase electricity use at stations are analyzed. A complex mathematical-graphic model a centrifugal motor used determine parameters process consumption hydraulic electrical subsystems unit, which allowed take into account possible changes in equipment characteristics value relative specific for working fluid regulated unregulated based electro-hydraulic was calculated, promptly recalculate taking technical condition unit. an effective way reduce by applying controlled but feasibility such measure requires additional economical calculations. necessary avoid low flow-duty modes, form maps ensure optimal terms change mode condition.
